Double Choc Chip Biccies

These are everyones favorite biscuits we make this biccies about once a week even though they only last a couple of days before they are completely devoured.  I have played with the sugar ratios and have been able to bring it right down.  Not that makes them healthy but at least I know what's in them and can spell the ingredients!

 Everyone’s  Favorite Choc Chip Biccies
(I usually double as there are never enough)

125g butter
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup caster sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 egg
1/3 cup cocoa powder
½ cup dark choc chips
1 ½ cup self raising flour

Soften butter in microwave and mix well with sugar,
Add egg and vanilla and mix,
Add Cocoa powder and flour then choc chips mixing well.
Roll into small balls or spoon with teaspoon onto baking paper covered trays.
Bake in 180 oven for 15 mins or until biccie slides when pushed gently.
Allow to cool then eat – yum!

Lucky they are baked at a very high temperature as each cookie is well and truly handled to make sure everyone gets a go before cooking.
